Pennbrook Ridge

While not an officially designated area or even a ridge, Pennbrook Ridge is the name given to the expanse of territory that resides just outside the Glenhaven city limits where noted real estate developer Arthur Pennbrook purchased thousands of acres of land in order to facilitate the needs of the financially prosperous citizens that were moving to the area. Sprawling estates dot the large tracts of hilly land giving The Ridge its very own “Hollywood Hills” feel. Only the richest of residents are able to afford the houses and estates located here.
